Who we are

At Brickell Business School we believe business owners do not need more information. They need better decisions. That is why we are a business school built for the people who run their company today, not for those preparing to run one someday.

Brickell is part of the ICX Consulting group and is headquartered in Miami, a meeting point for business owners from Latin America and the United States. Our instructors are consultants and practitioners who work with real companies, not academics who have never had to make payroll.

There are no students here. If your classmates are employees, you are in the wrong room. At Brickell you learn among company owners, about the real problems of growing companies, and go back to your operation with decisions and a 90-day plan.

Teams at companies such as Nestlé, Gerber, OmicronLab, Arturo Calle, Dos Pinos and Pozuelo have been trained by ICX Consulting, the group behind Brickell. Brickell is executive education with no academic degree.

What formats are available?
The Executive Master Class (1 day) and the Executive Workshop (2 days) are online. The Executive Bootcamp (5 to 10 days) and the Executive Education Program (4 to 6 weeks) can be in person, hybrid or private for your company. The Executive Immersive Experience and the Brickell Executive Club are in person in Miami.
How do I join a program?
Fill out the contact form and tell us about your company. Our team will get in touch to talk it through and recommend the right format.
What is the investment for each program?
We do not publish prices. We share the investment once your participation is confirmed.
Does Brickell grant an academic degree?
No. Brickell offers executive education with no academic degree and is not a university. There are no students here. There are business owners who come to make better decisions.
