Hands-on Labs for Your Team

You and your team carry out practical tasks with Brickell faculty. You leave with the work done, not with notes.

What is a Lab?

Less theory. Your team, hands on.

If everything has to go through your desk, you are the bottleneck. Your team does not need another presentation. It needs to work with you, on your company, with a clear method.

In a Lab you and your team carry out practical tasks alongside Brickell faculty. You build your company's business model on a Business Model Canvas, run design thinking sessions with your work teams or map the processes that slow the operation down today.

It can be an open session, with teams from other companies, or a private session for your company only. Either way, the working material is your business, and what you build stays in your company.

There are no students here. There are owners, their teams and ICX Consulting practitioners who do this work every day. Real problems. Real companies. Solutions you can apply.

What you can do in a Lab

A few examples of what your team builds with us.

Every Lab ends with a deliverable for your own company.

🧩

Your Business Model Canvas

You build your company's business model together and see clearly where value is created and where it leaks.

💡

Design thinking with your teams

Sessions with your work teams to understand the customer, generate ideas and test them before you invest.

🗺️

Process mapping

You map how the operation runs today, where it gets stuck and who decides what.

📅

Action plan

You close with priorities, owners and a 90-day plan to put what you built to work.

How a Lab is organized

Choose whether to work alongside other companies or with yours alone.

Open session

Your team works next to teams from other companies. You build your own deliverable and learn from how others solve theirs.

Private session

Only your company and your team, with tasks designed around the challenge you want to solve.

With Brickell faculty

Practitioners who have done this work in many companies guide each task and tell you plainly what they would change.

Open or private, the session ends with work done, not with notes.

Why is Brickell different?

There are no students here

Stop being indispensable for every decision. Put your team to work with you.

Your team does the work

Nobody hands you a report. Your team carries out the tasks and owns the result.

Methods proven in companies

Canvas, design thinking and process mapping applied by ICX Consulting practitioners.

Real problems, not Harvard cases

The working material is your company, your customers and your processes.

From the room to the operation

What you build in the Lab becomes a 90-day plan with clear owners.

Teams at companies such as Nestlé, Gerber, OmicronLab, Arturo Calle, Dos Pinos and Pozuelo have been trained by ICX Consulting, the group behind Brickell. Brickell is not a university and does not grant degrees.

Who is it for?

Business owners, general managers and CEOs who want to work with their team on a real challenge.

How long has that one problem been on your list, waiting for a free week that never comes?

A Lab is for you if

  • You want your team to build the solution with you, not just hear about it.
  • You need to clarify your business model, your processes or your customer offer.
  • You prefer to learn by doing and test ideas before you invest in them.
  • You want your leadership team in the same room, working on the same problem.
  • You want to leave with a deliverable and a 90-day plan.

A Lab is not for you if

  • You are looking for a degree or an academic credential.
  • You want a lecture, not a working session.
  • You are not ready to share real numbers and real problems.
  • You expect someone else to solve the problem for you.
  • You cannot bring your team to the session.

If you already know what the problem is and want to solve it with your team, a Lab is your next step.
