Why apply to the Profit Architecture Program?
Margins are under pressure, inflation keeps moving and nothing feels stable. Profit no longer depends on revenue growth alone. Your real edge is in how you design, manage and prioritize costs across the entire company.
Many companies still handle costs by reacting. They make across-the-board cuts and short-term calls that hurt operations, the customer experience and the ability to grow. When you cannot see which costs create value and which destroy profit, every strategic decision gets harder.
Competing today means moving from cutting expenses to designing profit. You need to understand your cost structure, redesign processes, prioritize investments and align financial decisions with your business strategy.
In this intensive executive program, you will diagnose your cost structure, find the real levers of profitability and design a Profit Architecture model that maximizes profit in a sustainable way, with finance, operations and strategy pulling in the same direction.

What will you learn?
-
Module 1. The economic truth of your business
Understand why your company may be earning less than you think, even with strong sales. Explore the invisible leaks of money, the pillars of the real cost of operating and the questions a modern CEO or CFO must be able to answer, with an individual profitability mini-diagnostic.
-
Module 2. Modern cost management and ABC fundamentals
Get clear on the types of costs and the logic of activity-based costing (ABC) without accounting jargon. You will see why traditional cost spreading misleads leadership and how ABC becomes a strategic tool.
-
Module 3. MyABCM Lab I, building the model structure
Create your project in MyABCM and set up the base structure of the model: catalogs of resources, activities and cost objects, with the first-stage allocations. The work is a guided workshop with a group review.
-
Module 4. ABC model design, from activities to cost drivers
Design the architecture of the model on paper before opening the tool: processes, relevant activities, cost pools and the right cost drivers. You will learn to choose between simple and complex models so yours does not die a month after it is built.
-
Module 5. MyABCM Lab II, drivers and model calculation
Load the driver data, set up the allocations and run the calculation. For the first time you will see the cost by activity and by product, customer or channel, with findings that rarely show up in a traditional income statement.
-
Module 6. Management interpretation, from model to decisions
Learn to read ABC model reports the way a leadership committee would and turn them into decisions on pricing, portfolio, channels and operating efficiency. Includes good practices to keep the model alive.
-
Module 7. MyABCM Lab III, reporting, scenarios and analysis
Set up key reports and views, identify sources of loss and opportunity, and explore what-if scenarios. You close with a short presentation of your findings.
